How to calculate your cashback

Special cashback from the campaign is only applicable for the first 200 transactions only (Virtual and Physical Card).
The rewards cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash

BTZ Cashback Terms and Conditions

You need to deposit funds from your Bitazza Wallet to your Card and make a transaction over THB 500.
Your transaction is not made to the restricted merchants or expenses (“Restricted Merchants and Expenses”). You can find the updated list of Restricted Merchants and Expenses here.
Your transaction is made from your Card. If you make the transaction directly from your DeepPocket Wallet, you will not earn the cashback from such a transaction.
Cashback will be calculated from your transaction amount exceeding THB 500/sales slip. For example, if you transact THB 800, the eligible cashback will be calculated for THB 300.
You will receive the first amount of cashback at the normal rate within 7-15 days after the date that we receive the transaction report from Visa and will be allocated directly into your Bitazza Wallet. You can redeem your cashback by clicking “Claim” via Bitazza app. However, if you make the transaction to some specific merchant as set out on our website (“Special Merchant”), the date that we credit or transfer cashback to your Bitazza Wallet may be longer than 7-15 days.
You will receive cashback at a special rate of the campaign within 7-10 days after the end of the campaign based on the exchange rate on the day of airdropping. You can redeem your cashback by clicking “Claim” via Bitazza app and will be notified by email when the allocation is complete.
Notwithstanding, you agree and acknowledge that your right to receive cashback will be forfeited when you cancel the transaction and you are refunded. If we have transferred cashback to your Bitazza Wallet for a certain transaction and that transaction is later canceled, you will be liable to return us and we have the right to deduct such an amount from your Bitazza Wallet.
