Reminder to all users holding BTZ (Bitazza) tokens outside the Bitazza platforms: it’s important to convert your BTZ tokens to the new FDM (Freedom) tokens to access the latest features and benefits.
Please note that the converted FDM tokens are not listed on Bitazza Thailand and can only be used as a trading fee discount on Bitazza Thailand.
Follow the steps below to deposit your BTZ tokens back to the Bitazza global app and complete the conversion process.
Steps to Deposit BTZ Tokens for Conversion to FDM Tokens:
- Access the Deposit Menu:
- Open the Bitazza Global app or web trade platform and navigate to the ‘Deposit’ menu.
- Select BTZ:
- In the deposit option, choose Crypto and select ‘BTZ’ from the list of available cryptocurrencies.
- Choose Network Type:
- Select your preferred network type and generate an address to deposit BTZ.
- Important: For BTZ tokens transferred from Freedom World, you must select FUSE as the Network Type.
- Complete the Deposit:
- Follow the instructions provided to complete the BTZ deposit process.
- Initiate the Conversion:
- After depositing your BTZ tokens, contact Customer Support via email at [email protected] or use the Live Chat feature in the Bitazza app to begin the conversion process from BTZ to FDM. The conversion will be completed within 10 working days.
