1. Sign Up For Your Bitazza Account (Email Register)

To get started on your Crypto Journey, Sign Up for your Bitazza account and complete registration at www.bitazza.com or through the mobile application. Please enter the email you would like to use for your Bitazza account and set your secure password. Carefully study the Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy before proceeding. You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided.

Note:

Users will only be able to use their ID Documents ONCE to sign up for ONE Bitazza account.
Creating a strong password
- Your password must be at least EIGHT characters long.
- Your password must contain uppercase letters (A-Z) AND lowercase letters (a-z)
- Your password must contain a number (0-9)
- Your password must contain a special character (@#$%^&/?[;)
- The longer your password, the better. Also, avoid using your name or any personal information in your password to prevent specific targetting from attackers that may have information about you. The importance of a strong password cannot be overstated, as these are the keys to your digital wallet and all your Crypto assets.

2. Verify Your Email

After completing your Sign Up, you will receive a verification email from Bitazza to activate your account. Please click “Verify Account” to confirm your application and activate your account. Once your account has been activated, you can access the Bitazza platform as a user by returning to the Bitazza homepage or mobile application and clicking “Log In” and entering your email and password.

The verification email may sometimes appear in your Spam folder. Please check your inbox and all folders thoroughly.

3. Verify Your Identity (KYC)

After activating your account and logging into your Bitazza account, you will need to verify your identity. Begin the KYC process by using a mobile browser (i.e., Chrome, Safari, etc.) to access https://kyc.bitazza.com/ and start onboarding. You will need to provide proof of personal information by submitting a photo of your Identity document such as passport, National ID, or Drivers license to successfully clear KYC.

Enter the Email and Password you used to create your Bitazza account.
Upload a photo of your Identity Document. Please ensure that the details of your ID are clearly visible.
Upload a Selfie. Please ensure that your whole head is in the image and that the Selfie is taken with appropriate lighting.
Fill in General Information (i.e., name, surname, DoB, etc.)
Enter your education and experience background.
Check the information details before submitting.
Wait for verification within 3 – 7 business days.

Note:

Some important things to note to ensure smooth KYC completion.
- Make sure that your ID and Email have ONLY been used for ONE account registration with Bitazza.
- Your ID should be in reasonably good condition. Identification that is too old or damaged may not be accepted.
- Take the photo of your ID in well-lit conditions.
- When taking photos of your ID, ensure that details of your ID are clearly visible.
- The name used when creating the account, and the name on the ID submitted MUST MATCH EXACTLY.
- Expired IDs will not be accepted under any condition.

4. How to Install and Enable 2 Factor Authentication (2FA)

To ensure the safety of your assets, Bitazza requires Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all withdrawals. Two-Factor Authentication provides an additional layer of security on top of just your password and will help maintain the security of your Bitazza account.

Note:

You will not be able to withdraw THB if you do not have 2FA enabled.

5. Deposit THB

You’ll need to deposit money into your account before you can start trading Crypto on Bitazza. Follow these simple steps to get THB into your Bitazza account.

Navigate to the Wallets tab and click Deposit in your Fiat wallet.
Enter the amount in THB you would like to deposit.
After clicking the Place Deposit Ticket button a QR code will be displayed. Scan or download the QR code and open it with your mobile banking app.
Once the deposit is successful, you will see the deposit confirmation page.

Notes:

The name on the bank account used to deposit THB must match the name on the Bitazza account. If there is a name mismatch, the deposit will not be approved.
There is no minimum deposit, however for THB withdrawals there is a minimum of 100 THB
Accepting deposits from a third-party bank account is not permitted. Bitazza reserves the right to deduct a refund fee of 100 THB for those who violate the deposit instructions.
Always use a new QR Code when making a deposit. Never reuse old QR Codes.

6. How to Buy, Sell, and Trade

Now that you’ve got some money in your account, it’s time to get your trading journey started! Choose from our wide selection of carefully curated tokens and start trading NOW!

Log in to your Bitazza account and go to the Buy & Sell tab.
Choose which token you want to start investing in.
Enter the amount you wish to buy or sell. You can choose to either fill in the amount as THB or of the digital asset you have chosen.
After confirming the transaction and pressing the button to proceed, your Bitazza account will be updated with the most recent transaction.

Note:

The minimum amount to buy or sell per transaction is 350 THB.
Bitazza’s base trading fee is 0.25%

7. How to Transfer Your Crypto

Now that you have Crypto in your wallet, let’s start living that best Crypto lifestyle. Whether it’s using your Crypto in your daily life to pay for goods and services with our Bitazza Partners (https://partners.bitazza.com/) or transferring YOUR assets to wherever or whoever you want to, Bitazza has you covered.

Start by going to the Wallet tab to find the Wallet Address of the tokens you wish to transfer.
Choose either “Send” or “Recieve” based on what you wish to do with your Crypto.
If sending your Crypto ensure that you have the correct External Wallet Address, Network, amount, and any necessary information before proceeding.
For those wishing to receive Crypto, simply have the sender scan your QR code to receive the funds, or copy and paste the requisite Wallet Address from the “Receive” tab.

Note:

Your balance will be automatically adjusted to reflect the transaction after the Network you chose has confirmed the transaction. This may take hours depending on network activity, and congestion as the blockchain will need to verify the transaction first.
If the recipient you wish to send Crypto to has a Bitazza account, you can transfer assets internally instantaneously without having to wait for the blockchain to pick up your transaction.
Please ensure all information is correct before sending your digital assets. If there is a user error, it can be difficult or impossible to recover your assets in some circumstances.
