Bitazza secures your assets by allowing you to deposit and withdraw THB to your bank account name ONLY. DO NOT use the bank accounts of parents, girlfriends, relatives, or other people whose names do not match.
*Bitazza reserves the right to deduct a refund fee of 100THB for those who violate the deposit instructions
In the event of a name mismatch, you will be required to contact Bitazza Customer Support at [email protected] to arrange your refund.
Please provide a copy of the bank book you deposited the funds from, as well as the transfer slip, and email address of the account in which you deposited the funds into.
The refund process may take up to 3 – 7 business days
