How To Reset 2FA

Accidentally removed your 2FA or can’t use your 2FA application? Just follow these steps.

 

  1. Prepare your ID Document (Thai ID card or passport), white paper, and a pen
  2. Write www.bitazza.com, RESET 2FA, your name & last name, date, and signature on the paper.
  3. Take a clear photo of yourself holding this paper and your ID document with the information and text clearly visible. Send the photo to [email protected] or Live Chat (Application and Website).

 

The Bitazza Team will proceed to reset your 2FA and notify you via email within 3 – 7 business days.
