If you have entered a Buy/Sell Order but it is not being displayed in the Open or Filled Orders column, kindly navigate to the Wallets tab and click into the details of the currency in which you placed your Order. (i.e. if the Order was for BTC/THB, you can click into the details of the BTC or THB Wallet.)
First, check if the available balances had changed from before placing the Order. If the balances have changed and you still have not received or released the funds, scroll down to the Recent Activity column and select Trades in the Activity type menu.
If still no data on the Order is available, please check that your available balance is sufficient. If you are still facing further issues, please contact our customer support representative immediately.
